We offer group strategy facilitation and follow-up consulting to help your organization develop it’s optimal strategic plan. We also facilitate retreats and other group sessions.

  • Strategic Planning
    We work with your team to create a strategic plan to help your organization succeed. We start with a pre-retreat data collection process and then facilitate a planning process to help you evaluate where you are, where you want to go and what you need to do to get there.

  • Retreat Design and Facilitation
    Experienced leaders understand the power of bringing their teams together to address role clarity, process improvement, and team dynamics. We partner with executives to design and facilitate effective off-sites and retreats that clarify a team’s focus and strengthen its commitments to organizational results.

  • Other meetings

    • Focus Groups – We also facilitate focus groups and other meetings that benefit from the direction of an objective third party.

    • New Leader Transition Dialogues – These carefully designed work sessions shorten the learning curve that often impacts a new leader’s effectiveness. Working with both the leader and his or her team, our facilitators help all involved reach clear agreements about how to work together successfully.
