Individual Assessment Tools
As part of our training, we often utilize the DiSC behavioral style assessment tool. As Inscape Publishing distributors, we are happy to sell you the assessments and offer you the training you need. We also use Acumen Internationals family of 360º assessment instruments.
We work with each client to identify the best strategy for their situation. Coaching contracts always start with assessment and feedback, and progress to developing alternatives, implementation and follow-up agreements. Group training workshops can range from a simple stand-alone event to a series, depending on clients' needs and scheduling preferences.
